We conduct and supervise every phase of your air conditioning and heating system installation, so that it exactly fits the design specifications. We make sure that the ductwork is correctly sized and insulated; that the control and power wiring is adequate and safe; that all refrigerant and fuel connections are sealed and secure. On completion, we thoroughly inspect the installation and test it to make sure it is performing properly and ready to give the comfort you expect.

Cooling: The efficiency of home cooling equipment is defined by Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) numbers, Higher numbers mean greater efficiency. Air conditioning equipment that is more than ten years old usually have SEER's in the 5.0 to 6.0 range.

Heating: Like old cooling units, old furnaces are very inefficient. A typical 1970's vintage furnace, for example, may operate at around 60% efficiency. Today's furnaces operate between 80-90% efficiency.

Air Treatment: To be complete, a Home Comfort System include winter humidification and air cleaning superior to the minimal provided by ordinary furnace filters.
